rmj was created in 1998 in the West End of London as an exciting and innovative Chartered Investment Surveying practice.

It broke the mould by adopting a novel approach whereby the Partners were prepared to co-invest with their clients; simply put they were prepared to "put their money where their mouth was".

They achieved above-market returns by applying knowledge, experience and imagination to asset selection and management.

rmjinvestments was a natural progression from there and now represents one of the founding partners property investments acquired over the past 11 years.

Simon Jones is a Chartered Surveyor with 22 years experience, starting his career with Richard Ellis (CBRE) in 1987 and leaving in 1998 as a Partner of Investment to pursue the creation of rmj.

As a Cambridge resident Simon has decided to focus his activity on the locality as he believes the characteristics of Cambridge’s local economy are the foundation for good long term property investment.
