This was a speculative acquisition of land next to a lake in an attractive location close to Krakow’s central area. The site was acquired in 2007 and planning permission was granted to build 46 apartments in 2 buildings.

A local institution acquired the land for it's occupation in 2010.

Express Buildings, Manchester

This is a 76,000 sq ft iconic office building acquired in 2005 from a private property company for £11 million. The property was highly reversionary and it was subsequently sold 14 months after acquisition for a level over £20 million.
